Meet Tom Davis, Founder

Following The Dream

From the time Tom was old enough to think about his future, he had a dream to move from his small hometown and become a successful businessman. After spending a little time in Wilmington, he knew the area was special and made the decision to pursue his goals right here. Growing up with two entrepreneurial parents-his father owned an insurance agency and his mother operated a real estate brokerage-Tom was destined to follow in their footsteps. Learning from the ground up, he started working in residential construction and then joined forces with his father and uncle in the insurance industry. After moving to the area, he furthered his career opportunities and earned his degree in finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Today, as a real estate professional specializing in commercial and residential investment properties and leasing in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties, Tom is able to help investors realize their dreams, regardless of whether it's for business ownership, financial security or land development opportunities. Growing up in the industry inspired his genuine passion for real estate and honed his natural talent for finding a piece of property, or even a simple lot of dirt and transforming it into a prosperous opportunity for his clients. He can't wait to wake up in the morning and get to work to make things happen.
